BLOCK BOND FIX: Light Weight Block Joining Mortar

BLOCK BOND FIX is a pre - mixed, self-curing & non-shrink thin jointing mortar for AAC (Autoclaved Aerated) blocks or equivalent. INDIAN BLOCK ADHESIVE is a specially engineered jointing mortar with an ideal mix of OPC, dry graded sand, polymers & chemical additives

RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS:

• Fly Ash Blocks (Aerated Autoclaved)

• Concrete Blocks

• Hollow Blocks, Red Bricks, Pillar Blocks, Corner Blocks

• Packaging : 40 Kg

• Shelf Life :24 months from the production date if stored in original, unopened packaging, in places protected from moisture, sun exposure & frost

WORKING PROPERTIES:

• BLOCK BOND FIX mixed with water (70° F (21°C))

• Pot Life: l Hour

• Open Time: 30 Minutes

• Time to Plaster: 24 hours

• Time to full dry hard: 14 Days

• Wet Density: 1750 kg/ m3
