APPLICATION AREA:

• Roofs, terraces, toilet, bathrooms, resorviors, canals etc

• Exterior walls

• Reservoirs and channels

• End walls subjected to rain in all low and high rise buildings

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

• Remove all dust, laitance or debris the surface must also be free from oil, grease, wax or any other form of foreign matter which might affect adhesion.

• The main field of application for CLEARIX is as a binder for exterior architectural coatings.

• The product is design for very high dirt pick up resistance, hence good for dusty & industrial areas

• CLEARIX can be formulated in gloss to flat paints varying PVC levels.
